Hand-Painted "Transition" Rayon Bouclé

Each set includes approximately 7.5 ounces (450 yds) of hand-painted rayon bouclé yarn, in 6 skeins. The skeins are dyed in such a way that, used in order (they are numbered), they shade into one another. Each skein drops colors from the previous one, keeps some, and adds several new ones. The shading works in either direction, from 1 to 6 or 6 to 1. Of course, you do not have to use them in order.

The skein number is placed where the beginning of the skein ties to its end. Leave attached (or reattach it) when you wind the skeins into balls for use, so that you can keep them in order.

Hand-wash in luke-warm water separately

Rainbow	FOR WEAVING The best sett for this yarn is 10/inch. At this sett, there is enough in the pack to make a scarf with 80 warp threads (8 inches) and 2-1/3 yards long, using it for warp and weft. Note: Until 2014, Kromski and Beka Rigid Heddle looms came with 10 dent heddles, with others available. As of early 2014, Kromski Harps come with an 8-dent reed. This yarn can be used at 8/inch, but the resulting piece will be looser. FOR KNITTING Gauge is about 6 st/inch, on #3 or #4 needles FOR CROCHET Use a size E hook for a firmer fabric, F for a looser one
