WEAVING: Netting or Tapestry Shuttles

These shuttles, designed for net-making, also work well for weaving (especially tapestry) and tatting.

We have lighter-weight ones made from Delrin (above left).

Also Norwegian net shuttles, "made by fishermen for fishermen", from a strong flexible plastic (above right). The first four are chunky, from the blunt end the profile is an "H". The largest is flatter, the end profile is an "I". They are all smoothly finished and agreeably substantial to hold.
