KNITTING: Hiya Hiya Interchangeable Needles


These very affordable Chinese-made circular knitting needles have screw-on steel tips, and very flexible nylon cables. The cables rotate freely in their settings, preventing the parts from working themselves loose in use.

The "Hiya Hiya"s come in sets and as separate components (tips and cables). The tips are grouped as SMALL (needles sizes 2-8), and LARGE (needle sizes 9-15), and come in two LENGTHS - 4" and 5". Small tips, whether they be 4" or 5" long, go with small cables of any length. And large tips go with large cables. The cable lengths given are with the tips attached. A cable with 5" tips attached will be called 2" longer

The sets come in a pretty brocade case, with either small (sizes 2-8) or large (sizes 9-15) tips. Each of these come with 4" or 5" long tips, making a total of 4 sets. Cables included are 16, 24, and 32 inches long with the 4" tips, or 18, 26, 34, and 42 with 5" tips.

There is a longer cable (60/62 inches long) available separately, not included in sets.
